Two weeks

Yeah I thought maybe the Afghan people were progressing faster than in the past. I used to say they were a week and a half out of the stone-age. But recently I started saying two weeks out of the stone age. By now they should at least be a month or so out of the stone-age. Well with laws like these on the books, I guess they are still back at two weeks.
